HDA / Self-levelling compound for wooden floors

  • For laying floors (3 - 20 mm)
  • Contains reinforcing fibre
  • For levelling of full and partial horizontal surfaces
  • For fibreboard, wood and concrete bases
  • Can be used on heated floors
  • Quick hardening
  • Cement based
  • Before applying the finish coat
  • For internal work

Processing

Surface preparation

  • The base must be dry and firm, all cracks and voids must be filled
  • Clean the surface from less persistent and/or separable layers
  • In places where the floor connects to the wall, columns, etc., damping tape should be used
  • The distance between the logs should be < 65 cm, the thickness of the boards should be < 20 mm
  • Wooden surfaces must be primed with SAKRET UG (concentrated) primer. Prime the OSB boards with SAKRET QG primer. When in doubt, prime and apply HDA on a small surface area
  • Absorbent surfaces must be primed with the primer SAKRET UG (in a ratio of 1:2)
  • Dry and highly absorbent surfaces must be primed twice!
  • It is forbidden to use SAKRET HDA on gypsum or anhydride bases!
  • When using SAKRET HDA on heated floors, the heating must be turned off 5 days before and must not be turned on 28 days after the application of the material!

Usage

  • Mix SAKRET HDA in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
  • It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 turns per minute
  • After ripening time ~3 min. mix again
  • Pour the mass onto the prepared surface (layer thickness >3mm) and level with a needle roller
  • Deformation joints must not be filled with leveller
  • When levelling the bases, the amortizing material should be incorporated around the perimeter

Packing

  • 25 kg / paper bags / 48 bags on a pallet
  • 10,000 kg - 20,000 kg / mobile transport silos
