PGP / Levelling thick layer plaster
- For filling of surface cavities
- For repairing of crumbled areas
- For surfaces with a high concentration of salts
- Frost and moisture resistant
- Cement based
- Layer thickness 10 - 40mm
- For vertical surfaces
- For external and internal works
Processing
Surface preparation
- If there are coatings on the surface that have a negative effect on adhesion and surface quality, they must be removed with a high-pressure washer or sandblasting
- Before applying SAKRET VSM, fill old seams and cracks with SAKRET SP-G
- Before applying SAKRET PGP, the surface must be treated with the adhesion material SAKRET VSM
- If necessary, tests should be carried out on a small surface area
- Quality ventilation must be ensured when working indoors!
Usage
- It is used for surface repair and preparation before the application of recovery plaster SP-G
- Layer thickness >40 mm using multi-layer application method
- Mechanically process freshly applied material as little as possible, otherwise the content of air pores in the material may decrease
- For mixing of PGP use tools and equipment designed for the preparation of this type of material
- Protect the newly applied material from strong wind, direct sunlight, rain and freezing
- The material that has started to bind should not be diluted with water, but mixed again
- Hardened mass can only be cleaned mechanically
Instructions
- Protect the packaging from weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, cover torn packaging immediately
- Contains cement, reacts alkaline
- Protect skin and eyes, follow technical instructions. If the mortar gets into the eyes, rinse with a large amount of water, if necessary, consult a doctor
Packing
- 25 kg / paper bags / 42 bags on a pallet
