EO MC / METAL SHEET CONNECTION PROFILE
EO MC is a metal sheet connection profile with fiberglass reinforcement mesh for expansion jointing of plumber’s elements and facade in the point of connection to sheet metal in the contact insulation system – ETICS.
Material:
- PVC - UV stable and alkali-proof, fiberglass reinforcement mesh Vertex R 117 ETAG 004
Advantages-application:
- Very easy connection of the profile to the plumber’s components – sheet metal is to be inserted into the profile’s groove;
- Ensures expansion jointing of the insulating material and plaster with the sheet metal;
- Ensures perfect water drain-off from the system, eliminates capillarity rise under the insulating material;
- Protects the system against mechanical damage and weather effects;
- Prevents hairline cracking;
- Smooth connection of the profiles is provided by connecting pins;
- The final shape enables to finish plaster precisely with a constant layer.
Installation tips:
- All surfaces have to be straight, dry and without pieces of dust and grease and suitable for bonding;
- To shorten the profile use scissors designed for work with plastic profiles.
